Janelle Fung, RMT, MPK, B.Sc. (Hons.), CSCS

Registered Massage Therapist

Janelle is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She pairs her massage training with a deep movement-science background: a former NCAA Division I and II tennis player, she holds an Honours B.Sc. in Exercise Science and Sports Performance, a Master of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Growing up playing ice hockey, soccer, tennis, and just about everything else sparked a lasting passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. In practice, Janelle draws on joint mobilizations, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), dynamic and active trigger point release, and fascial release — and, true to the Peak Body philosophy, pairs hands-on treatment with exercise instruction and self-care so you can manage and prevent injuries between visits.

Outside the clinic, she coaches tennis players of all ages, competes in Toronto doubles leagues, and fills the rest of her time with running, weightlifting, and anything that keeps her moving.

Braedan Roth, RMT, R.Kin, B.Kin

Registered Massage Therapist & Registered Kinesiologist

Braedan is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Registered Kinesiologist with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. That dual background shapes how he works: every treatment is grounded in an understanding of how the body moves, and every plan is built to change how it moves next time.

A passion for human movement and recovery has taken him into the rugby and hockey communities, where he has worked closely with several teams. He specializes in sport and deep tissue massage, helping clients recover from injury, improve mobility, and hold on to the gains they make.

His approach is functional and evidence-based, and his philosophy is full-body: treat the pain and dysfunction in front of you, but also the underlying movement patterns that drive it and quietly limit performance and everyday well-being. Expect a clear picture of what's going on, and a plan that carries the work beyond the table.

Brooklyn Clifford, RP, MACP

Registered Psychotherapist

Brooklyn is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. She works with clients of all ages, from young children through adults.

With children, Brooklyn uses developmentally appropriate, evidence-informed approaches including play therapy, art-based interventions, and other creative techniques that help young clients express what they are feeling, build emotional awareness, and develop coping skills they can carry forward. With adults, her work centers on life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and personal growth. Her practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's goals and strengths.

A lifelong love of animals, especially horses, led Brooklyn to training in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). It remains part of her professional background and shaped how she thinks about the work: that connection and healing take more than one form. Expect a warm, non-judgmental space, and work that moves at a pace you set.
