Janelle Fung, RMT, MPK, B.Sc. (Hons.), CSCS

Registered Massage Therapist

Janelle is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She pairs her massage training with a deep movement-science background: a former NCAA Division I and II tennis player, she holds an Honours B.Sc. in Exercise Science and Sports Performance, a Master of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Growing up playing ice hockey, soccer, tennis, and just about everything else sparked a lasting passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. In practice, Janelle draws on joint mobilizations, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), dynamic and active trigger point release, and fascial release — and, true to the Peak Body philosophy, pairs hands-on treatment with exercise instruction and self-care so you can manage and prevent injuries between visits.

Outside the clinic, she coaches tennis players of all ages, competes in Toronto doubles leagues, and fills the rest of her time with running, weightlifting, and anything that keeps her moving.

Dr. Rhiannon Burkitt, BSc (Hons), ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Burkitt came to naturopathic medicine through the study of the human body: an Honours B.Sc. in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from McMaster University, followed by four years of post-graduate training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, including more than 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience. She is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and a member of both the Ontario and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Doctors.

Her whole-person practice covers general health concerns, with particular experience in sports injuries, digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, mental health, women's health, and pediatrics — a range that fits a clinic built for individuals and families of all ages. Expect the Peak Body approach from the first visit: a real conversation about your health history and goals, findings explained in plain language, and a plan built around your life.
